E-One Moli Energy works closely with all industry regulatory bodies to ensure that a safe and reliable high performance cell is delivered to the customer that meets all safety and transportation regulations. E-One Moli Energy (Canada) Limited is a Certified Client Test Facility for Underwriters Laboratories (UL).
Our cells and battery packs, where applicable, hold the following certifications
and industry approvals:
E-One Moli Energy cells and battery packs meet the UN/IATA transportation test requirements (T1-T8) and should be shipped as non-hazardous dry batteries. Both facilities are ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001 Certified and all our batteries meet the European RoHS compliancy regulations.

Notice to Readers - In order to ensure a safe battery pack, the use of a properly designed safety circuit is essential. MOLICEL® lithium-ion cells are not sold as "bare cells" to consumers. The cells are required to be assembled into battery packs by authorized pack assemblers. Authorized pack assemblers have knowledge of safe lithium-ion pack and circuitry design and employ proper assembly techniques.
